MUNAKUNTA IN BRIEF
Munakunta was founded 1922 by Finnish egg-producers. It owns two largest egg packing stations in Finland. Eggs are produced in over 400 farms and the number of eggs processed daily in the packing stations is over 2 million. The largest packing station and headquarters are located in city of Kaarina, some 7 km SE of centre of Turku, in south-west Finland.
Kultamuna – "The Golden Egg" – is the largest brand in Finnish egg market with market share of approximately 60 %.
Munakunta's equipment department provides poultry and other farming industry with all kinds of equipment.
